Tiffany Shaw, LCSW-C

Tiffany Shaw, LCSW-C is the Director and Clinical Program Manager of Outpatient Mental Health Center - Frederick, and also serves as a psychotherapist. She is a registered Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) provider for the treatment of PTSD. Shaw received her Master’s of Social Work from the University of Maryland School of Social Work in 2007. She earned her LCSW-C and joined the clinical team at Outpatient Mental Health Center - Frederick in 2009. Shaw works with all age groups and clients with a wide range of diagnoses. She offers supportive therapy using cognitive-behavioral techniques, problem solving strategies, and addressing family and relational dynamics. In using a strengths perspective, Shaw’s goal is to facilitate symptom reduction, achievement of personal growth, and resolution of each client’s identified areas of focus.
