Thomas Colligan, LCSW-C

Thomas Colligan, LCSW-C is a psychotherapist and clinical supervisor at Outpatient Mental Health Center - Frederick. He received his Master of Social Work in 1998 from the University of Maryland School of Social Work. Thomas works with individuals, couples, and families struggling with various stressors such as severe and persistent mental health disorders, dysfunction within relationships, and management of life stressors. Thomas works with clients utilizing motivationally-enhanced cognitive behavioral therapy and skills drawn from empirically-based mindfulness modalities. In addition, Thomas works with each client on developing a holistic pathway to self-regulate emotions in order to find clarity, balance, and freedom from reactivity.
