Madeline Frazer, MHA, served as the inaugural Administrative Fellow at Sheppard Pratt from 2021 to 2022. Along with completing projects focused on healthcare operations and strategy, she also developed the framework for this first-of-its-kind program to train young healthcare leaders with a passion for serving behavioral health patient populations. She currently continues her work to improve healthcare outcomes for her community as a Population Health Strategy Consultant for CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield in Washington, DC. In this role, she focuses on data analysis and primary care provider relations for CareFirst’s Patient-Centered Medical Home Program. Madeline holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health Sociology from The Ohio State University and a Master of Health Administration from The George Washington University. In her free time, Madeline enjoys cycling, ultimate frisbee, and anything else outdoors.
