Karen Mull, MEd, is the program manager of the Safe Passage Center in Montgomery County. She received her bachelor’s degree in sociology and social work from Washington State University, and her master’s degree in education from Arizona State University. She has been working in the field of family transitions and supervised visitation for over 20 years, 10 of which were spent as a director of family visitation centers in Washington state and in Maryland. With her focus in the field of supervised visitation, she brings a passion for working with families who are struggling through transitions in family structure and believes that trauma-informed care and a strengths-based approach are of utmost importance.
