Elaine Dearing, PsyD, MS, MSOD is a clinical psychologist at Sheppard Pratt with a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) from Loyola University Maryland. Dr. Dearing holds a Master of Clinical Psychology from Loyola and a Master of Science in Organization Development from American University and completed her undergraduate studies in Public Policy and Health Policy at Duke University. Her extensive education and experience enable her to offer insightful and compassionate psychological care. 

Dr. Dearing provides outpatient therapy services for adults, young adults, the LGBTQIA+ community, and couples. In her approach, she uses empirically proven treatments such as Gottman Method I & II Couples Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and trauma-informed therapeutic approaches.
