Donna Niedecker, LCSW-C, is a social worker at the adult and co-occurring disorders day hospital at Sheppard Pratt’s Towson campus. She received her bachelor of science degree from Frostburg University in psychology and elementary education, and received her master’s degree in social work from the University of Maryland School of Social Work. Niedecker has worked for in substance abuse treatment for 30 years, and has a certification in chemical dependency in Maryland.
