With more than 35 years of experience in mental healthcare services, Chuck Clark, MBA, Project Executive, brings substantial knowledge and expertise in strategic planning, operations, leadership and community services integration to healthcare systems operating behavioral healthcare services. A resident of Indiana, Clark provides consultation and leadership support as Project Executive to Sheppard Pratt Solutions clients. Previously, Clark was President and CEO of Parkview Behavioral Health Institute, where he was accountable for a community mental health center, 125 inpatient psychiatric beds, a 30-bed residential substance use disorder residential program, and multiple outpatient services and programs, serving northeast Indiana and northwest Ohio.
In addition, Clark has served on several community and regional boards and advocacy organizations, including the Governor’s Commission on Mental Health, the Board of Directors of the Indiana Council of Community Mental Health Centers, and the General Healthcare Systems Leadership Committee of National Association for Behavioral Healthcare.
As a recognized executive leader of behavioral health services, Clark is known for sharpening operational performance of behavioral health hospitals, strategic partnerships in communities, community mental health centers, and improving patient access. Some of his accomplishments include:
- Care navigation program for the chronically addicted
- Geriatric psychiatric program at medical/surgical hospital
- Care management program for the socially complex patient with mental illness
- Top 10 percentile in patient satisfaction
- Integration of mental health services in primary care

Clark has an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University. He and his wife, Teri, have two daughters and five grandchildren.
