At Sheppard Pratt, our communities of support groups are here to help you heal and offer support on your road to recovery.
OCD & Anxiety Support Groups
Adult OCD Treatment/Support Group
Our Adult OCD Treatment/Support Group combines CBT, ERP, and mindfulness-based treatment with peer support.

Psychoeducational Family Support Group
Psychoeducational Family Support Group will give you in-depth knowledge about the obsessive-compulsive cycle and equip you with the skills you need to support your loved one.

NAMI Metro Baltimore Family Support Group
NAMI Family Support Group is a free, peer-led support group for family members, caregivers, and loved ones of individuals living with mental illness.

Supporting those who have been diagnosed with anxiety, bipolar disorder, manic depression, depression, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, and all types of mental illness and substance addictions

NAMI Connection Support Group is a free, peer-led support group for adults living with mild mental health conditions.

Alcoholics Anonymous – AGAPE
Alcoholics Anonymous is an international mutual aid fellowship with the stated purpose of enabling its members to "stay sober and help other alcoholics achieve sobriety.”

Alcohol Education with Dick Prodey
Families attending the free of charge Dick Prodey lecture series can learn more about topics including alcohol and alcoholics, addiction and family, signs and symptoms, dynamic of dependency, and recovery. Sessions are designed to be independent of one another.
