Seasoned Financial Executive Ray Dziesinski Joins Sheppard Pratt Health System
Sheppard Pratt Health System announced today the appointment of Ray Dziesinski as vice president and chief financial officer (CFO), effective November 7, 2016. Dziesinski joins Sheppard Pratt Health System from Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where he served as chief financial officer of clinical services. Previously, Dziesinski was CFO and chief treasury officer for Children’s Medical Center of Dallas.
“Dziesinski brings to Sheppard Pratt Health System more than 35 years of unparalleled financial experience including leadership roles at nationally renowned health care organizations,” said Dr. Trivedi. “With the current complexity and pace of change in health care, I am confident that Ray will be invaluable as we look to broaden our services to meet the needs of those we serve.”

Dziesinski also served as the director of the health industries advisory practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), and has held roles on several boards including the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) Texas Chapter and the Georgia Nurses Association/Foundation.

Dziesinski received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, graduating magna cum laude from Central Michigan University (CMU). He went on to receive his M.B.A. in Finance in 1980, also from CMU.
Former CFO Gerald Noll will remain at Sheppard Pratt Health System in his new role as treasurer for the health system. He will be responsible for overseeing investments, banking relationships, capital financing, insurance programs, and forecasting of cash flow and liquidity requirements for the organization. This will be an integral role as Sheppard Pratt Health System begins construction of a new campus in Howard County.
