Thriving Germantown is a multi-generational, multi-sector care coordination program connecting families with services and resources that benefit them in school, at home, and in their communities. Thriving Germantown was developed to alleviate barriers and reduce the impact of poverty in the Germantown area, starting with the families at the Captain James E. Daly Elementary School (DES) Community.
