Recovery and Academic Program (RAP) provides Montgomery County youth with free, comprehensive services to address both their academic needs as well as their substance use struggles.
Due to inclement weather today, January 20, 2025, the following programs are two hours delayed:
Psychiatric Rehabilitation Day programs in Frederick (including Pathways program) and Hagerstown
The following programs are one hour delayed:
Psychiatric Rehabilitation Day programs in Baltimore City, Belcamp, Catonsville, Columbia, Glen Burnie, Rosedale, Timonium, Westminster, and White Marsh DDA
