Social Worker

Social workers are professionals with the goals of helping others cope with problems they are having, and fostering clients’ skills and strengths. A licensed clinical social worker holds a master’s degree in social work, and is usually licensed by a state licensing board in order to provide counseling or psychotherapy to individuals. Social workers may also provide case management services to individuals and families.
