Accessing Residential Rehabilitation Through Sheppard Pratt
Our Residential Rehabilitation Program serves patients who:
- Are ages 18 and older
- Have a severe mental illness that makes it difficult for them to live independently in the community
- Continue to engage in mental health treatment while they live in Sheppard Pratt homes
- Can manage medications with limited staff oversight
Referrals in Baltimore, Carroll, and Harford Counties
You can refer yourself or your loved one to this service or receive a referral through another provider. In general, local Core Service Agencies make referrals in Baltimore, Carroll, and Harford counties. We also accept referrals from Behavioral Health System Baltimore in Baltimore City.
