Eligibility for Housing Counselor

To participate in the Housing Counselor program, individuals must:

• Currently live in the city of Gaithersburg (as determined by street listing)

• Provide income documentation or have a referral from the City of Gaithersburg, Division of Community Services, MCDHHS-Emergency Services; member agencies of the Gaithersburg Coalition of Providers, MCPS, and other area faith-based groups

Make an Appointment

Residents can simply make an appointment with our housing counselor, who can assist them with a variety of matters either on an emergency or ongoing basis.
